Abstracts and papers

Authors are invited to submit abstracts of papers before the advertised due date. All papers (original papers, position papers, reports on intended research or on-going work) are welcome addressing, but not limited to, the topics of interest. Upon notification of acceptance of abstract, authors should submit a full paper corresponding to the abstract to the symposium in accordance with the paper submission schedule.

Abstracts and papers submitted will be peer reviewed by the Scientific Committee before acceptance. Abstracts and papers may by accepted, accepted with revision necessary subject to Scientific Committee recommendations or rejected as not being relevant to the symposium theme.

Abstracts, papers and all related correspondence should be written in English.

Submission deadlines

Abstracts can be submitted from september 1st 2005 and latest the 1st of January 2005 The notice of acceptance of abstracts will be sent to the authors no later than the 15th of January 2005. The finished paper, max 8 pages, shall be submitted no later then 15th of Mars, 2005. The review results will be sent to the authors latest the 15th of april, 2005. Deadline for a revised version will be May 1st, 2005.
