Preparing a Manuscript

Proceedings will be produced by photo reproduction of an electronic version of the original manuscript delivered by the authors. The material will be reduced to about 80% during this process. Authors are requested to bear this fact in mind when preparing graphical and tabular material to ensure a legible appearance of the final document. For the same reason, written text should be formatted according to the directions given below.

The paper is not allowed to exceed eight pages in length (graphical and tabular material, references and appendices included). Page numbers may not be present in the original of the manuscript. The electronic copy must include all graphical material in the document (photos included) in order to display the paper "as it should appear".

Manuscripts can be submitted as a Microsoft Word document (version MSWORD 200X) or as a PDF document

Manuscript Submission

To submit a manuscript first login to the Symposium Extranet. You can login using the link below Proceed to the paper submission form. Fill in the form, copy the abstract text from the paper to the appropriate box in the form and finally browse to the document on your hard disk by using the "Browse" button on the form. The extranet can maintain versions of your paper, on review the latest version existing in the Extranet will be submitted to the reviewers.

Comments on papers made by the Scientific Committee review results will be available to authors on the Symposium Extranet.
